Something that stood out to me on inkys podcast with jerod Mayo was jerod Said he hasn’t taken a hot shower in years, takes cold ones to stay strong and keep his mind and willpower strong…. Kinda random I know…. I take cool showers everyday because I work outside but i wouldn’t call them cold just cool but I did some reading and there’s actually some health benefits from it….who would’ve thought… same concept as cryotherapy I’m guessing
