Dobbs must run for this offense to run

I am not sure why the coaching staff can't accept what Josh Dobbs' strengths are and play to them. When he is a legitimate running threat, it sets everything else up. It is literally the backbone of our offense and we are inept without the defense respecting that threat.
Regardless of tonight's outcome, this team will still put up some strong offensive numbers once it accepts it's identity. Why Debord refuses to play to this strength is beyond me.
