However, if we lose to Bama, get healthy over the next month while winning the games we should - then beat the SECW in Atlanta, does a 10-2 SEC Champion go to the playoffs?

A lot of losses are happening, so it's obviously hard to say, but seems unlikely to not have an SEC team in the CFB Playoffs.
