He is a 4* on TOS and the #1 player in South Carolina. Offer list includes: Penn St, Oklahoma, UGA, TN, USCe, Oregon, Michigan, A&M, Florida St, etc. I know some don’t pay much attention to 3*, but if the Vols get this one, it’s a big win.
