What impressed me the most about his passing was that his passes were delivered to the receivers so that the receivers did not have to break full stride to make the catch. I loved Dobbs (no Homo),but there were so many instances when the receivers had to stop or break stride to catch his passes. That limits the receivers' ability to run after the catch and also gives the defense a better opportunity to intercept. Don't villify me, please. Maybe I should not have made a comparison, but, I will say that IMHO if the QB can hit a receiver in stride with a pass, that is a big plus.
