So I promised I would update how this was going.
I think the plan is solid. I had no problems staying on it, including some no carb snacks that I ate every now and then. I lost 4 pounds the first week, which is good for me at my age.
I'm not completely sold on Factor75, though. The main courses are enjoyable, but lately the side dishes have been going into the garbage. Part of that is my fault, as I didn't pay as much attention to the sides as I should have, but so many of the meals come with mashed cauliflower or boiled zucchini...I never want to see either of those things again.
I'm also not thrilled with their carb count, so I've switched, now, to eating only one of their meals a day and making my own lunches.
I've got a couple of weeks left with their stuff because you have to order early, but after I'm done with the Factor75 meals, I'm going to try Fresh n Lean. Their meals have about half the carbs and it looks like they put more thought into what you could eat besides just meat. I could probably eat those twice a day and not fret about the carbs, whereas you'd get about 40 with two meals on Factor, and that's pushing it a little bit considering you may get carbs from a snack or two.
But if I had to stay with Factor, I'd still be happy with it. I'd just go with one meal a day since I want to be on fewer carbs. Overall, I think going with a keto meal delivery service is making it easier on me to stay on my diet, so I recommend trying it if you are interested.
I won't update anymore on Factor. That pretty much sums it up. But once I try Fresh n Lean, I'll let you know how the food is. They are both roughly the same cost, but Fresh n Lean may be just a tiny bit more expensive.
