This is an email sent to me this morning from DraftKings. I don't want to make this thread another VQ political fight but hopefully some of you guys will voice your support of the right to continue playing fantasy sports in Tennessee.
We need your help!
Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery issued an opinion this morning declaring ALL Fantasy Sports Games are "illegal" in Tennessee. That means this opinion could bring an end not just to daily fantasy sports BUT to season-long leagues between your friends and family.
There is good news though - You can make your voice heard today to push to keep fantasy sports legal for everyone. Your state legislature has the power to pass HB2105 - a bill that would keep fantasy sports of all kinds legal in Tennessee.
