G4 Parking Pass value?

Hey guys, I just put an offer in on a pair of tickets that comes with a G4 parking pass for the FL game. but I don't really need the pass as my family lives about a mile from the stadium and I don't want to overpay for the tickets if I can't make some of the money back on the pass. what would be considered a fair "face value"
for the pass?
