Why do you think the federal investigation into how UT handles sexual assault allegations Will play a role in the timetable or decision to reinstate Pearson?
What could UT have done to be any more fair to the accuser? They suspended Von from school and the team immediately after he was accused (not charged). He has now been cleared by a female DA who has no affiliation with UT.
I'm not sure how clearing him could now be viewed in a negative light by those doing the investigation. What more could they want from UT?
