I recently went on the Whole 30 diet to lose a few pounds and get a little healthier. Another purpose of the diet is to learn which foods and drinks cause you problems as you slowly introduce them back into your system after eliminating them for 30 days. So I stopped drinking anything alcoholic and the first thing I wanted to try was beer. (Love it, especially ipa) Drank three beers and felt terrible...I had no idea how much the stuff really disagrees with me! Does anybody here struggle with this...allergies, and other problems from beer and wine? I don't usually drink anything else, but willing to try something that doesn't make me feel tired, blotted, stopped up, etc. I tried Ciroc vodka made from grapes and it seemed to agree with me ok. Problem is it's very expensive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
