Here’s why firing JP is so hard

First, he needs to be fired. Not a question in my mind about it. But, in order to start over it will cost a fortune. With most employees taking a pay cut, how fair is it to spend millions on buyouts, then spending more millions for a new coach and staff? We’re just stuck and it sucks.
