how are you going to sell debord? we have regressed so bad with tons of talent. I have zero confidence in butch, zero, but if he wants to keep his job and grow as a coach he's going to have to hire someone that challenges him, professionally. if he hired a sarkisian type of coach, then I would feel a lot better about his future, but he's not going to do that.
