We all know Eric Berry is battling the disease. There is also a young lady here in NC that was part of the Eastern Randolph state championship softball team name Logan Castlebury that was diagnosed immediately afterwards with the disease. Now three years later she is 21, and has been battling for her life for a long time. The doctors last week informed her and her family that they had done all they can do. its spread to her brain and i to her central nervous system. She was given three months. obviously her family, friends, the immediate and surrounding commuities are all devastated. Her younger sister just bowed out of her softball season to spend the extra time with Logan. Not sure what else to say but please keep her and her family in your prayers. I even thought about contacting Berry himself to maybe give them a call but i know thats a lonshot at best. Again thanks for any and all prayers for the Castlebury family.
