How do you handle snobby, hipster bartenders?

Talking about the guy that has worked really hard to make himself look like an embattled civil war soldier and has the demeanorof an angry homeless man...

I typically give them the silent treatment and just point at the draft beer I want on the menu. If no menu, I point at the tap and slightly nod left and right until he touches the correct one. Is there a strategy that better demeans this individual? Sometimes I think they like it...​
