I mean obviously it's important, but UT is acting like life depends on making a PERFECT hire, and I just don't think it's that big of deal.
You had a competent man practically begging for the job, but rather than simply making the hire, you drag this thing out for several months. Why? What makes anyone think that Blackburn wouldn't do a good job? What can anyone (other than Fulmer) offer UT that Blackburn doesn't have?
