Very rare that a late player transfer will help his NFL career. I think his chances for success in the NFL were hurt significantly with his mental and decision making process. He proved to be a tough hard working player over two seasons and could have remained on this team for 5 more games and go into the NFL combines to test the market and make a team as a RB, Special Teams, and possibly at TE. Now he has lots of difficult questions to answer on his toughness and chemistry with team-mates, etc. Sounds like he has been out of sorts with players all year. I wish him all the best, but his advisors did not serve him well. Maybe cost him millions...
