Hypothetical Question Re. Timing of Recruiting Articles/Videos

Is it better for the VQ staff to;

A. delay articles/videos for recruits until sure, (Who is the judge of for sure?), the recruit is committing to Tennessee,

B. publish articles/videos fresh on the heels of a recruit's visit?

A or B?
