So the top 4 were Kentucky, Florida, Arkansas and Tennessee. I guess I understand this. Obviously Kentucky has to be the best job, and Florida has a better recruiting base and some championships, but Arkansas are has-beens. Plus, Florida was only good during the Donovan years, and those years are long gone.
I don't know. Going by recent years, I would put UT ahead of Arkansas for sure. Personally, I'd also put them above a flash-in-the-pan school like Florida, but I guess I'm not being realistic.
