I have been meaning to do this for several weeks because of the biased and misleading coverage they have directed at UT.
Unfortunately, they make it hard to cancel by having limited calling hours, long wait times and not providing the ability to cancel on-line.

When I told them why I was canceling they asked if I had considered writing a letter to the editor voicing my complaints.
