The majority of members that contribute in a meaningful way, week in, week out, year in, year out, have taken the time to assign an avatar to their moniker.
It dawned on me over the last 36 hours that the absence of an avatar is directly proportional to the lack of credibility of a post. While Saturday's game was in progress, most of the posts along the lines of "we suck" were posted by avatar-less nancies.
As you boys that have known me for close to 20 years know, I am in full belief that the ignore feature is a god-send. If there is a way to ignore those members that are too lazy or too unimaginative to assign an avatar to their account I'm all in favor.
