has been the running game coordinator at baylor for a while now and would bring in a lot of new life to Jones offense with some new concepts. Jones says he wants big splash plays, well these guys have done it better than anyone. He would probably listen pretty hard too considering he didn't get the full OC job and Briles is going with his son.
