Regardless of what MississipVol thinks, a game will be played between two actual HS teams tonight on ESPNU. Hunter's Brownsburg Bulldogs will take on their biggest rival the Avon Orioles at 8pm. Avon features one of the top QBs in 2016 in Brandon Peters, a Michigan commit who was one of the best performers at the Elite 11 this year.
This is a backyard brawl as the schools are separated by about 5 miles, and all the kids know each other. And despite what some posters on here say (from apparently watching a 2 minute highlight clip) there is some very good talent for both teams beyond the QBs. Brownsburg has the #29 ranked 2016 ATH / RB in Toks Akinribade, who is an Iowa commit but has received quite a bit of Vol attention through the entire recruiting process. Additionally they have Ball State commit Tyler Kirtz at WR who looks to receive P5 offers soon with his play through 3 games. Avon also features multiple players at or near D1 caliber, including a pair of freshman OL that are already receiving quite a bit of recruiting attention.
Brownsburg also features one of the nation's fattest WR coaches. Please keep in mind that the camera adds 70 lbs if you do decide to tune in and see a future Vol in action.
