Would make a hire to "give a guy a shot" simply because said guy gave him a shot, you're crazy. Butch knows this is Tennessee and that this is big boy football. He knows if wins and championships don't come, you get fired. If anyone thinks for a second that CBJ would make a hire that would set this team back from winning championships, you're nuts. Will it work out? I don't know, but Butch Jones thinks it will. At this stage, that's good enough for me. I'll save my judging and acting like I know more than the head coach until football season when I have actual substance to judge.
