Someone who only handles recruiting for the staff? I'm thinking about Austin Thomas. He supposedly does really well on the road. This would allow us to hire him.
Edit: This assuming we don't need another on field coach and hearing how well Thomas did on the road for LSU. You have to be on staff to go on the road and recruit.
