If we can’t hire a new coach, it may be time to promote an interim coach for next year

Pruitt doesn’t deserve the 4th year based upon results to this point, and maybe it’s time to actually try with someone on the staff and give them 1 year at it..

it will not be any worse than what Pruitt can do next year and it may eliminate the micromanaging
