He made some coaching changes. We needed an injection of new ideas and energy. We also needed better recruiters and player development. I thought his insecurity would prevent him from making many changes. Got to give him credit for this.
I wish Thig had found a new home, but 4 out of 5 isn't bad. Also, with new blood on the defensive side, maybe Thig will step it up.
I'm excited about the new staff. We have talent. We just haven't been developing it.
