iOS Safari issues...

I've cleared my history and cookies and also did a phone restart. Yet, every time I try to click on the GQ, it errors out with website redirects.

My fix is I am now using Chrome. However, I'd like to at least be able to use Safari if I want to as well. How should I fix?
