most coaches get 4 years to turn around a program. Does an AD need to have the Athletics going in the right direction in 4 years? Have multiple sports on the verge of competing for championships? Or are they judged on if the fundraising is good and the school isn't in trouble with the NCAA? I guess what I am asking is this a job with a quick trigger or one that something has to go bad for an AD to be replaced.
