I think so. Hurd and Kamara have better hands. Hurd is a better pass blocker.
But I think Kelly is the best with the ball in his hands. He has the best combination of speed, quickness, and power.
Hurd needs to step up I can't think of very many, if any really impressive runs he's made this year. He's gotten what's there and fallen forward for an extra yard or two but that's it.
Kelly needs more PT. Was great to see him in there against Ohio.
