It's almost never as bad as it seems in the moment

We saw literally nothing from our offense or defense in terms of different things they will do vs. other teams. The bashing should be on how basic everything was and continued to be and how the team took on the personality of the coaches by assuming this wasn't a legit opponent. If it happens vs. Tech then burn mattresses, I'll be right there with you. But until then, it's hard for me to say that the players that were getting whipped last night somehow turned into bad players overnight (Coleman Thomas, Vereen, etc...). Watched the game at home when I got back and it looks like a team that bought into being heavy favorites and looking forward to next week. Dobbs will run more. We saw almost no package with Hurd and Kamara on field at same time. We did not see exotic blitz schemes that Shoop is known for.
