Lost several big games or tied them in his career being conservative. Alabama in 90 to one of the worse Alabama teams ever, Auburn tie in 90 after leading by 16 in the 4th quarter, another year he tied UCLA after being up by 16 in the 4th quarter. He had a big problem of slamming on the brakes. I can remember times in his career he punted on third down against Alabama. He lost to Arkansas and SC in 1992 after beating GA and FLA. It is great to have tons of talent, but you got to turn them loose. Fulmer had a little Johnny in him but was better in big games. Hopefully Butch has learned a valuable lesson in 2015. I hope he has and don't put all the pressure on Shoop.
