John and myself are here in the ATL catching up with some kids before the Big Orange Caravan here in Atlanta and we just talked to Chidi Okonya.
The big defensive end is set to make an announcement on Friday and the feeling here continues to be that Tennessee's in a good spot. He's still a little raw from the technique side of things, but he's a big, big guy.
He really seems to like coach Stripling and talked about Tennessee's academic opportunities as well (He's a really smart kid, has legit offers from Stanford and Duke and both are in his final five, including Ole Miss and Clemson and Tennessee). We will see what he ends up doing but hard not to like Tennessee right now.
