1) create a sense of urgency — I just don’t feel the urgency to get this program beyond why they’ve been over the last decade. I see Kiffin after they lost last night calling out the fans saying it’s not good to lose and a moral victory is not what the team expected playing Alabama. They came in expecting to win. I love that mentality. Tennessee on the other hand played timid, unfocused, on their heels. You could feel the tone of the game permeated from the coaching. Just no urgency or will to win last night. The press conference felt like it was scripted before CJP even took the field last night. Almost like he expected the results. He didn’t seem upset that his team got blown out. How does that translate to the players when the head coach conducts a press conference as laisse-fare as CJP was?
2) Build a guiding coalition — Where are the leaders that have bought into CJP’s program? Who is keeping other players accountable when they lose focus and create a bunch of false starts and dumb penalties?? If it’s out there, I don’t see it with the naked eye. CJP needs to implement this as much as possible. Creating a winning culture starts with surrogates of the coaches attitude. Need Juan Jennings, Al Wilson mentality.

3) Form a vision and strategic initiatives— What is CJP trying to become at Tennessee? Are we a pound the rock team with a bunch of 300 + lbs teddy bears with two 200 lbs running backs? The audio doesn’t match the video with our scheme and players. A defensive minded coach and we still cant recruit a top-tiered defensive line. Our secondary and linebackers have no idea what they’re doing in coverage minus Thompson (who literally doesn’t need to be coached).

You get the gist for the rest. Takes too long too write on mobile.
