-Started out as a budding HC with lots of potential at a low profile directional Florida school.
-He parlayed his offensive prowess into a big time OC position at the best team in the SEC
-He then leaves to take the HC position at one of the best jobs nationally in coaching at USC
-Finally, after 4 years seasons in LA with the NCAA Looming at his doorstep, he took off for ole Rocky Top and after just 1 short season at UT (including the requisite loss to Florida) Kiffin burned every bridge in Knoxville by jumping ship to the NFL as HC of the Oakland Raiders...
