1) Hart clearly stated he wanted a coach who was a people person and would be active with students, alumni, boosters, faculty, and the community. Sorry but that is not Greg Marshall.
2) Marshall has been rejected twice by UT. He may not admit it, but I'm sure there is some bitterness there regarding that. I think he would listen to Bama and maybe Texas before us.
3). He would command 3.5 - 4 million per year and could easily get that from Bama and Texas. Although Hart said he is prepared to pay more, I do not feel he would ever go that much financially.
With all that being said -- he is still my first choice and has been for years!
