This has probably been answered either on the board or in a game story, but honestly haven’t been able to bring myself to read through all the info yet. Still fighting the disappointment. But, that said…
1- has Huepel addressed the mismanagement at the end of the game, specifically not directing Hooker to attempt get 10-15 yards for a more manageable FG attempt? Could be he did exactly that & Hooker threw deep twice on is own, but that series was obviously a huge missed opportunity to win the game in regulation.
2- Did anyone with the team (coaches or players) address the officiating on the OT touchdown (clearly was a TD)?
3 - agree with others, hate the playcall to throw in OT on first & goal. Seems like we haven’t been great at short yardage all year. Why so stubborn to not have an under-center package? QB sneak at least would be an option. Also kinda surprised they didn’t at least run Hooker on a QB Power if they were going to stay in shotgun. Thoughts?
