Mods: How have you approached every new football coach hire we've had since Fulmer was dismissed

Have you guys always had a wait and see approach? Have you looked at this new coach or that new coach and thought highly of him only to be disappointed or thought right off that it wasn't a good fit and ended up being right?

Without putting you on the spot, how do you feel about Coach Heupel compared to coaches we've had in the recent past such as Pruitt, Butch, Dooley, and Kiffin? Do you have a gut feeling about him you'd like to share one way or the other?
