Timeframe is always a moving target. Can't dictate a real timeframe. Hard to say. Want to move quickly as possible. Talked to the Chancellor, do it the right way and try to entice people to the job. The marketplace is shifting dramatically meaning it's costing more to do business now that it did a few years ago.
