As much as Butch likes continuity in his staff and as much as he preaches about family I'd look for him to hire or promote someone he has a great relationship with. If that's the case here are my 2 scenarios.
1) Promote Azzani to OC, he has experience doing the job, by all accounts Butch loves him as a coach. Now if that's the case Azzani has never coached QB's before, you could let Azzani be OC/WR coach and go out and hire a QB coach. Nick Sheridan, current GA on staff, could be one to watch as QB coach. Has experience doing it. Would be someone Butch trusts and knows well.
2) Butch hired TJ Weist as OC. Weist was WR coach at Cincinnati when Butch was there. Weist has good experience as an OC at different stops. Did really well at WKU as OC. Butch once again would be hiring someone he knows and believes in.
