Says he will not comply until it comes from Governor Lee. Personally I think this guy is being an asshole. I have several friends who are club owners and they are all complying with the request and are pissed off at his behavior saying he is turning this into a partisan political statement. I'm not sure but it is another element in this whole mess that will play itself out in a public forum.
