Based on everything I've seen and heard, I fully expect Tennessee to receive a 3 seed today, regardless of the outcome of today's game. Having said that, it also appears Auburn and Kentucky will both get 2 seeds, and I can't see the committee of giving three SEC teams three of the four #2 seeds. I feel like Tennessee should be a 2, but just don't think it's going to happen. Based on all of that said, a couple of questions based on your understanding of the selection process and anything you may have learned from folks you've had discussions with:
1. Do the NET rankings take SOS into account?
2. If so, how is Houston number 3 in net ranking?
3. If Kentucky and Auburn both get 2 seeds, I presume for Kentucky's case over us it is because they had a road win at Kansas, and for Auburn it is the SEC regular-season Championship as well as a neutral Court win over Gonzaga? That's all that I can figure.
