Need some help about football season tickets

Just have two questions if anybody knows.
1. Are the VolPass tickets not available for this upcoming season?

2. Will they be selling tickets to the new upper level deck like general admission? If they are I would just like to have those honestly. I’ve always preferred to stand and watch the game
