Evan Russell (IF/P) has committed to Tennessee per his Twitter. Russell is from Scotts Hill High School in Reagan, TN. Scotts Hill won the Single A state championship this past season. Russell was a member of Team Tennessee that participated in the Jr Sunbelt National Tournament. Russell was named MVP of that tournament.
