If you were Cleveland and you haven't had a decent QB in decades would you not consider taking a QB at #1 AND #4? I know you might miss out on a great DE or RB there, but would it not greatly increase your odds of finally having a QB you can win with?
Also, I've seen several mock with the Bills giving up the #12, 22, 53 and 65 to move to #6...I would consider that INSANE to give up 4 picks that high for the 3rd 4th or maybe even 5th best QB in the draft.
