NIL Re-Allocation

I assume Tate was going to take up a hefty portion of the NIL budget for this class. How would you reallocate the availability of funds if you were managing the NIL?

For example

40% - Mauigoa
30% - Bradley
10% - Conyers
10% - Seldom
10% - Benson
