Now that I have a lot more time on my hands in retirement, odd things pop into my head during the day. This is driving me crazy trying to remember.
Here is the question. Years ago, during the early part of Phil's tenure(I think), Tennessee picked up a big time commitment from a West Virginia running back. He was highly ranked, came to school and I believe never played a down of football at UT. As I remember he was awful and I remember hearing from one of the talking heads that either he or his high school coach had embellished his playing skills. ????
