Ole Miss fans on the rivals main board and their own are trying to make jokes about Tennessee trying to return to relevance. How can you be so ignorant to make statements like this when you have not won the SEC since 1963. That is 53 consecutive years and counting. How can recruits not see this pattern? I know bags of cash being handed out and special benefits blind some recruits but that is coming to a halt. Everything they gained in the short term trying to buy a championship is blowing up in their face. They can sugar coat it all they want but the boom is coming for the Rebs and that 53 year streak without an SEC championship is going to grow for a long time. The bought players are going to fade out. The schollies are going to tighten up big time. Post season ban is a killer. After Coach Freeze is gone it is going to be hard to get anybody to come into the sanction mess that will be there. History shows coaches that take a job when there are sections like is about to occur, they are going to get fired and blamed for the demise as well. Everybody turns on everybody. It's not pretty.
