It is night and day from when he took over. I reflect to his first year when the tag line was: "Rise to the Top." I'm sure many thought he was delusional thinking he could get us back to the top. Though he really built the program, Brick by Brick and step by step. He has stood by his word from day one. And it is all about to come to fruition.
