I'm in the process of losing weight and lifting about 4 days a week as well as cardio 4-5 days a week. One of my workout buddied said that we should do the upcoming spartan race in nashville on August 20th. My question is this... by then if things go as planned, i should be around 235 by that time. I am an athletic guy, life just took over and i got fat, so I'm losing it back and wanting a cool goal. If i do go into the spartan sprint, will i be able to do it, and will i be ridiculed because I'm not a world class athlete? I don't want to go down there and feel like an outcast because I'm overweight. I'm 6'1 btw. Thanks fellas
