My laptop is only 3 years old and the speed as took a pretty noticeable hit. I use Avira anti virus (free version), but I am pretty sure downloading movies from torrent websites has took a toll on it. It has to be a virus because I can't even reset to factory settings or any of the other cleaning options that are built in. Any help is appreciated.
